Born in April 1995, Hala holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Jordan in 2017. She is the Executive Director of Rafeek Social Services Foundation, and is a consultant in the field of disability rights. Hala is also a social activist and influencer on social media. She is a member of the Jordanian National Youth Council for Peace, Security, and Stability, in addition to her work in volunteering and relief efforts for low-income individuals
