Murad Al-Taweel
Murad graduated with a degree in Special Education from the University of Jordan. Her served in the Ministry of Education as a general and internal exams officer for students with hearing disabilities, ensuring that exam papers are well stored and documented to issue students’ test results.
Murad is a member of several organizations and initiatives. He is a treasurer in the Empowerment Association for the Rights of the Deaf; a member of the organizing and preparation team for the International Conference - Challenges Facing the Deaf during the Coronavirus Pandemic - organized by the Empowerment Association for the Rights of the Deaf and the Arab Organization for Sign Language Interpreters; a former member of the Jordanian Club for the Deaf, and a former member of the Technical Committee for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Sign Language Interpreters.
Currently, Murad is a sign language trainer in several government and private institutions. He participated in the National Youth Dialogue Conference under the patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein Bin Abdullah and has a participation certificate from the 6th Youth Camp for the Deaf (WFDYS- World Federation of the Deaf Youth Section) in Istanbul, Turkey. He also has a training certificate from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Cultural Organization, as well as a certified certificate from the British Council Cultural Center for Learning English.
He is a trainer in the field of human rights related to the global blame of the Deaf (World Federation of the Deaf), and has a participation certificate in the 17th World Deaf Union Conference in Istanbul, Turkey, a participation certificate in the development of the Instant Interpreter Program: Challenges and Opportunities (WASLI World Association of Sign Language Interpreters), and a participation certificate in the 18th World Deaf Union Conference in Paris, France. He participates in the inclusion process of Deaf people into society by raising awareness, changing negative stereotypes about them, and educating various institutions and communities about the rights of the Deaf in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
