Shaman Al-Majali was born in 1972 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Mutah University. He also has a Master's degree in Law and currently works as the Director of Case Management and Legal Affairs at the Social Security Corporation. He is the spokesperson for the corporation and was awarded the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency in its fourth cycle in 2009. He was a member of the Royal Committee for the preparation of the National Strategy for Persons with Disabilities in 2016 and participated in the drafting of the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities No. 20 for the Year 2017 He is also involved in social work, and was previously a member of charitable organizations and clubs. Shaman served as member of the Board of Trustees of HCD in its last cycle
