Carol Jaddoun

.Carol Jadoun is a Jordanian educator and advocate for the rights of children and people with disabilities
After eight years of managing a successful inclusive private school in Amman, and with her vision to make Jordan adhere to the rights of children with disabilities to quality inclusive education, Carol devoted her life to defending the cause of inclusion, in the education sector and in her work with non-governmental organizations
Carol received her Bachelor’s degree in General Management from the University of Jordan in 1998, and her Master’s degree in Education in 2014. She continued her career as the Educational Consultant at the Tony Blair Foundation -United Kingdom. Currently, she is the manager of Education Policy and Sustainability Planning for the USAID Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan
Carol established the first inclusive schools' council in Jordan in 2019 after the launch of the first inclusive education conference in cooperation with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Ministry of Education.
