Housing Bank

At GDS 2025, the Housing Bank pledged support for an entrepreneurship training programme delivered in partnership with the Business Development Centre (BDC).
The programme, targeting 25 young women and men with disabilities, is designed to strengthen self-employment skills and promote economic independence. Coordinated with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (HCD), it ensures alignment with national priorities on autonomy, participation, and equal opportunities.
Through its Emkan Aleskan corporate social responsibility framework, the Housing Bank is among the first national institutions to turn both national and international commitments into action. This reflects the Bank’s determination to go beyond traditional banking services, ensuring inclusive financial and non-financial solutions that respect the rights of persons with disabilities.
