Structure and mandate

By the provisions of the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities No. (20) for the Year 2017, HCD acts as a policy-maker and is responsible for the monitoring and follow-up of nationwide compliance with the provisions of the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This is carried out through the departments and divisions that have been restructured, following the issuance of the new law as follows:
